You've scanned your way into the history of the ATH. We hope you enjoy learning all about it!
Your host, Abbie, built the ATH in 2021-2022. It was a passion project, and using her background in design and fabrication she brought the ATH to life. Every part of the ATH was thought out to be both enjoyable and safe, ensuring all local building codes were observed in the process. In fact, all the structures around the ATH as well as the tiny home were built by a one woman crew.
The end table you just scanned is made of yellow Tulip Poplar, which can be seen surrounding the ATH and the property as a whole. They are the tallest trees you can see around here, and they grow almost straight up (they also grow extremely quickly) so they are ideal for sourcing lumber. This table was built by your host with poplar wood from the property to bring a little bit of local flora to my guests.
All around the property you will find small markers with QR codes. These markers are placed near plants and trees, and by scanning the QR code you can access additional information about the species of plant you're observing. This region is home to a HUGE variety of trees, flowers, brush, vines, and more so take your time exploring and scan to your heart's content.
